PRESS RELEASE - New SSPA Module AMP3094: 26-31GHz, 5W Min CW

Exodus Advanced Communications introduces the AMP3094 SSPA covering the 26-31GHz frequency band at 5W Min. The AMP3094 uses Hybrid GaAsFET devices in a Class AB linear design. It operates from a 9VDC supply at 10A with gain flatness of 4.0dB Max peak to peak. This SSPA is suitable for use with all single channel modulation standards and features lightweight construction, high reliability and ruggedness. With built-in protection circuits and instantaneous wide bandwidth, typical applications include EMI/RFI, EW, Communications, SATCOM and General Testing for MM Wave Products.
