PRESS RELEASE - GaN Chip & Wire SSPA Module, 2 to 8 GHz, 10W, AMP1090

Exodus introduces its wide band AMP1090 SSPA Module covering the full 2-8GHz frequency band at 10W Min. Power levels for this frequency range are also available up to 50W. The AMP1090 uses CW GaN devices and operates from a 32VDC supply at 3A Max. with gain flatness of 3.0dB Max peak to peak. This module is suitable for use with all modulation standards and features built-in protection circuits. With high reliability and ruggedness, typical applications would include EMI/RFI, S and C Band, RADAR, EW, SATCOM, among others.
