This Class AB linear State of the Art C & W Power Amplifier features an instantaneous wide-band GaN design with built-in protection circuits for high reliability and ruggedness. It is available with Optional Digital Control & Monitoring and Local/Remote Interfaces. It is suitable for all single channel modulation standards. Other typical applications including TWT replacements, EMI/RFI, EW, SATCOM, and Lab use.
