This class AB linear State of the Art Solid State High Power Amplifier features instantaneous ultra-broadband GaN design in a small form-factor, lightweight aluminum housing, and built-in protection circuits for high reliability and ruggedness. The AMP1147 is suitable for all single channel modulation standards and for typical applications including communication systems, man-pack and airborne jammers, UAV applications, HPA’s driver, and general laboratory and testing applications.
