PRESS RELEASE - New Solid State X-Band Pulsed Power Amplifiers - 9-10 GHz at high peak powers

Exodus Advanced Communications is pleased to announce the release of a new family of state of the art high peak pulse power amplifies. The 400W AMP3004P is one of a modular series covering the X-band radar frequencies at duty cycles of up to 20% and peak power levels exceeding 500W for modules and 10KW for systems. These amplifiers feature Class AB GaN hybrid design in a small and lightweight form factor. Its compact size, high efficiency, ruggedness and full load protection makes it suitable for all X-Band radar applications including phased array systems, airborne and coastal radar.
